Elite Robotic Surgical Consults comprised of fellowship-trained high-volume community/academic-based robotic urologic surgeons. In aggregate we have completed over 8,000 robotic surgeries. We have served as DaVinci robotic urology proctors across the country and actively teach surgeons in more remote communities how to use the robot safely and effectively.

Dr. Matthew Ercolani, MD, FACS

Dr. Matthew Ercolani, MD is an expert urologist serving Venice and Bradenton committed to providing the highest quality care to patients throughout the Southwest Florida area in the diagnosis and treatment or urology-related conditions. Dr. Ercolani is dedicated to offering patients a wide range of quality urology services in a warm and friendly environment to provide the very best in urologic care.

Dr. Daniel Su, MD

Dr. Su specializes in urologic oncology, he has expertise in the treatment of prostate cancer, kidney cancer, and bladder cancer. Dr. Su completed a SUO (Society of Urologic Oncology) accredited fellowship after a rigorous general urology residency. He served as the Senior Staff Surgeon at the National Cancer Institute, a part of the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Su has expensive experience in both oncology and benign robotic procedures.
Jason M. Phillips, MD, MBA, FACS

Dr. Jason M. Phillips, MD, MBA, FACS

Dr. Jason M. Phillips is a Board Certified Urologist specializing in men’s & woman’s urologic health. He is trained in minimally invasive technologies including the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, ureteroscopy, Urolift, neuromodulation and greenlight laser. His special interest is in robotic surgery, treating urologic cancers, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones, overactive bladder, incontinence, bladder prolapse, erectile dysfunction and symptoms related to an enlarged prostate.

Dr. Don T. Bui, MD

Dr. Don T. Bui, M.D. believes that medicine starts with a good patient-physician relationship. He is dedicated to providing the best of urological care in an individualized and conscientious manner. His passion for medicine began early. He was accepted to medical school directly out of high school at Northeast Ohio Medical University in their accelerated B.S./M.D. program. 

Daniel Oberlin, MD

Daniel Oberlin, MD is a fellowship-trained Board-Certified Urologist in the East Bay of San Francisco (Berkeley, Oakland). He is a nationally recognized expert in minimally invasive urologic technologies and completed his undergraduate degree with honors from Dartmouth College. He went on to attend Case Western Reserve University for his medical degree where he was awarded research grants from the NIH to study kidney transplantation at the Cleveland Clinic.

Vanessa A. Blasic,
MPAP, PA-C

Vanessa Blasic is a certified lead Physician Assistant specializing in men and women’s urologic health. Her training includes a wide array of urological conditions including urological cancers of the kidney, ureters, prostate, and bladder. Benign conditions such as BPH, urinary incontinence, bladder prolapse, erectile dysfunction, and more. 

Arin Stephens, MPAS, PA-C, MPH

Arin Stephens is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in urology. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Texas Christian University and a master’s in public health from The University of North Texas Health Science Center prior to earning a second master’s degree from their Physician Assistant Program. Before embarking in her career to becoming a physician assistant, Arin was a volunteer firefighter and EMT for her community.

Chung Yam, PA-C

Chung Yam, PA-C, is originally from Hong Kong, grew up in Okinawa, Japan, then immigrated to the United States in 1979.  He attended California State University Dominguez Hills in Carson, California for his undergraduate degree in Health Science during which time he also completed the Charles R. Drew Postgraduate Medical School – Medex, Physician Assistant program.

Jocelyn Moll, FNP-C

 Jocelyn Moll, FNP-C grew up in Southeast Missouri and moved to Southern California in 2019. She attended Mineral Area College for her associate degree in Nursing, graduating in 2010 and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Central Methodist University in 2013. In 2015 she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. 

 

Nikki Kiehl

Nichelle Kiehl, Clinical Support ​​

Nichelle Kiehl is the Clinical Support and Logistics Manager for Elite Robotic. She has her degree in Healthcare Administration and enjoys working in the healthcare field and helping make a difference in patients’ lives. Previous to joining Elite Robotics, Nichelle was the Operating Room Materials Manager for a local hospital for five years.

Jackie Evans, Executive Administrator

Jackie Evans is the Executive Administrator for Elite Robotic Surgical Consultants. She has an extensive background in Healthcare Administration providing leadership in quality and patient care, physician services, and employee relations. Prior to joining ERSC she worked for Dr. Ercolani at his private practice, Elite Urology of Southwest Florida.
