Dr. Matthew C. Ercolani is a fellowship-trained, board-certified urologist and Founder & Managing Partner of Elite Robotic Surgical Consultants (ERSC) and Elite Interventional Radiology Consultants. He is a high-volume robotic surgeon and nationally recognized leader in advanced urologic innovation.

After completing his urology residency at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Dr. Ercolani pursued advanced fellowship training in laparoscopic and robotic urologic surgery at the Institut Mutualiste Montsouris in Paris, France — one of the world’s most prestigious centers for minimally invasive urologic surgery.

Dr. Ercolani has launched multiple robotic surgery programs across California, Arizona, Oregon, and Florida and has performed first robotic cases at numerous hospitals. He currently oversees robotic and advanced urologic program development across multiple states and is known for securing and structuring hospital surgical service agreements.

Nationally, he is one of the top Axonics implanters in the country and serves as a key opinion leader and proctor for multiple device manufacturers including Intuitive Surgical, PROCEPT BioRobotics (Aquablation), Boston Scientific, Medtronic, UroMedica, and Neotract. He regularly trains surgeons across the United States and internationally in robotic surgery, sacral neuromodulation, Aquablation, UroLift, GreenLight laser, and male incontinence procedures.

Dr. Ercolani combines high-acuity robotic surgery, advanced BPH therapy, reconstructive techniques, and neuromodulation expertise with executive-level leadership, expanding access to complex urologic care in underserved markets nationwide.
