Overview And Experience

Dr. William Pearce is a board-certified urologist and Harvard-trained surgeon with over two decades of experience in comprehensive urologic care. He has been practicing in Orange County since 2003 and is a partner in private practice, where he treats both men and women across the full spectrum of general urology.

Dr. Pearce completed his residency in Urologic Surgery at Harvard Medical School and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. He earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California and graduated with highest honors from UC Berkeley.

He has particular expertise in robotic surgery and minimally invasive procedures, including robotic prostatectomy and advanced urologic oncology surgery. In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Pearce has served as Chair of the Urologic Oncology Tumor Board at Saint Joseph Hospital and has held leadership roles within the Orange County urologic community.

Dr. Pearce is known for combining technical precision with thoughtful, patient-centered care, helping patients navigate both routine and complex urologic conditions with confidence.
